"Start smart" - orientation events for new students

"Start Smart" accompanies you into the first semester, even before term starts, offering a variety of online events. Events in German are held every Monday and Wednesday, events in English Tuesday from 16:00 to 17:30. You can take part in as many, or as few, events as you like. The events are aimed at all Bachelor’s and Master’s students who are new to Leibniz University Hannover.

Introductory Sessions

For each degree courses, the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodetic Science organises an introductory session (Einführungsveranstaltung). During these sessions, you will get an overview of the respective subject, the organisation of your studies, the examination requirements and also get to know the campus and service facilities.
